ARTSMH Clay Workshop
We have been invited to conduct an art workshop for the module
Students were first asked to take time to reflect on how they are feeling currently/identify an emotion they have been experiencing throughout the week. They were then asked to create a representation of their emotions using clay as a medium.
90% of students indicated that they feel more relaxed after the workshop
80% find self-reflecting at the beginning of the workshop helpful to learn more about their own emotions
55% of students indicated that they find expressing emotions in words difficult
