The UCL SU X ARTSMH Volunteering Programme is similar to the main ARTSMH creative groups. We run 3-months art and mental wellbeing programme with different London-based charities. The programme is funded by UCL Su. We aim to help children and youths be more aware of their emotions via weekly self-reflection, affect labelling through discussion and expression using different mediums of art.
