Hello, I am Aiko. Nice to meet you! I am currently a Year 2 student majoring in psychology with Eudcation at UCL. I am deeply passionate about arts and psychology. I have a wide range of inerest in arts, including fahsion, music, abstract painting, graphic design and filmming. I truly belive that art is a universal communication platform. It allows us to express and understand ourselves more. My main areas of interest in psychology are memory, child development, and psychopathology. I am especially interested in the relationship between neuroscience and the arts. I aim to promote the power of arts through conducting and participating in research, as well as putting them into actual practices in clinical environment through being a clinical psychologist and an art therapist.
In my creative group sessions, we are going to create arts using any material you want (e.g. paper, clay, fabric, plastic... or even creating your own material through alterning already existing material!) in a relaxing and friendly environment. Come join us to build valuable friendships with like-minded students, inspire each other, learn about yourself and dicsuss about your interest in arts and psychology.
